WildJunket Magazine, a new digital magazine focused on experiential travel is looking for freelance contributors to write destination features, in particular, travel guides.
Each feature will be around 2,000 words, written in first-person narrative format. The magazine emphasizes on storytelling and unique experiences. We cover lesser known countries - some of the places we've featured include Madagascar, Arctic, Sri Lanka, Gabon and Uruguay.
Please refer to our editorial guidelines for more info on our departments and rates. We are a startup at the moment and our rates are stil rather low, but we're working hard to change that.
Queries should include an outline of your story idea, links or samples of photos (original images must be at least 4MB each) and clips. Please understand that we might not be able to answer all queries, so if you do not hear back from us, your story idea probably doesn't fit our publication.
