Joined Twitter and have been "tweeting" away my days
Not sure I understand what "retweeting" is. Do I retweet my tweets? I would appreciate any feedback on this. Thank you.
What is retweeting?

Retweeting is when you "retweet" one of your followers post. When you "hover" over one of your followers post, a box will appear with "reply and retweet." Click on retweet -- a message appears (retweet to your followers), click Yes, and voila -- you retweeted a post. I hope this helps.

Hi BillieJean
Retweeting is about sharing what you find, from the people that you follow, with those who follow you - it's passing on what you think is good or interesting. There's a lot of 'junk' out there, so you don't want to retweet everything, be judicious about it. And while there is nothing to prevent you from retweeting your own tweets, that's a little odd - if you really want something that you tweet to get out there far and wide, ask a few of your followers to retweet certain things for you. You can always put "please retweet" or "please RT" in your tweets, but not every one of them - that comes across as a bit desperate.
Good luck!
