You don't actually need any plugins to incorporate videos - all you need is a YouTube account (free) - once you've uploaded a video to YouTube, on the right side you'll find the HTML code to embed the video into your post, just copy & paste it where you want it to appear, just be sure you're using the HTML editor tab (at the top of the Write panel) instead of the Visual editor. That's it!
You can also upload and insert videos using the small media uploader buttons that appear at the top of the write panel, but that means that the video will run from your server, not YouTube's and that's important because unless you're paying for unlimited bandwidth (it's expensive) then you could potentially max out your bandwidth allowance - that can either take your site down or cost you a small fortune to keep it running.
Another benefit of YouTube, besides saving bandwidth, is that it can bring you more site traffic if people share your video around, and it gets posted elsewhere, which you want to encourage.
