Extrapolate that to others. The only time most people click on ads is if they are searching for something and wish to make a purchase. General pageviews from social media or other generic traffic get next to no ad clicks. I have ads on my blogs, and I haven't made any money from them. I made my money (and spent money) from PPC marketing. SEO helps, but perhaps giving away something free may entice people to click on the ads. I've read and listened to affiliate and PPC marketing gurus, but their techniques did not help me. Of course, maybe if I spent the $997 for their courses, perhaps I would have made some cash from my ads. How do you get people to click on the ads? I've been reading up on this and the information is pretty much the same. Do you need to give something away for free on your website like an eBook or newsletter? What about SEO? I've done my keyword research, but maybe I could use other keywords. Sigh...would like to make money from these ads if I post them on my site.
