As a university student(and will be for the next three years), I have limited opportunities to travel these days. When I do, I have all the inspiration in the world to create some blog posts and write about my adventures. But my problem is what to write about when I am not traveling?! Does anybody else have this issue? What do you guys do to overcome this?
What to write when not traveling?

What I've done is post about specific things I'm doing as I travel and about the planning processes. I've also distinguished categories of photos or topics to blog about. That way you'll never run out stories. Just go really in-depth about your topics in your posts instead of trying to pile everything you did in one day or one week into one post.
Right now I'm studying in London, and gaining new stories every day, but I'm still posting about my time in Budapest a few months ago because I was able to write about so much I'd done already.Hope that helps.

I find it easier to write about (FOOD) and other things, when we're not on the road, then I post local Biker events.
Good Luck!

I think you can 're-use' your past travel experiences in a lot of ways for later posts, if you consider them from different angles.
You can for example concentrate on public transport systems, on cultural habits, on National Parks, on luxury or budget travel style... and then draw on your travel experience to draw comparisons. Make a list of the ten most beautiful and in your opinion underrated beaches you can think of, for example. Do some internet research, but don't copy - if a post has nothing unique to it, you might as well save the time.I'll be having the same problem in a couple of months - I'll see how I can cope with that...
All the best for your blog!

Don't forget about inviting others to "guest" blog for you......it's not only a great way to support the community of travel bloggers, but also does wonders for building inbound links, increasing visitor traffic, and improving your site's ranking. Just be sure that the guest poster writes about a topic that your readers would be interested in.
