I would like to maximize my Twitter account so I can drive more traffic to my site. What are some programs that I could use in conjunction with Twitter? I just don't have one website; I have many. I'd like to drive traffic to all of the sites. Thanks!

Checkout Tweet Spinner and Tweet Adder. These connect to your Twitter site and you can customize your Twitter account. If you have multiple websites that you want to promote, Tweet Spinner can do that for you and you can customize each "Tweet." I just heard of Tweet Adder so I don't know too much about it. I think it's the same as Tweet Spinner, but you must download the program (Windows and MAC). Good luck

Rebecca gave some great suggestions. You might also look at a few desktop clients to help you when you're tweeting - Seesmic Desktop lets you manage multiple twitter accounts, and you should definitely have a unique account for each site that you want to promote......You didn't mention if you have a Mac or Windows PC, but Nambu (Mac only) is also a cool twitter client that lets you manage multiple accounts, and there is also TweetDeck that a lot of people use. Both Seesmic and TweetDeck run on either Mac or Windows.
