For me to follow somebody's blog at least I want to know who that person as, as one with an image and a real name. That, I suppose, is the most constructive feedback I can offer you:
- use your name
- give yourself a face
- fill in a proper About me pageHope that helps. Have fun on your travels.

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciated. I get what you're saying about the bio and image but you haven't seen my mug shot. If you had you might retract that suggestion. Plus there's two of us who keep the blog so we thought we'd just leave it as it is for now. However, I'm sure you're right in your assumptions because the site has actually had quite a lot of views since we started it. The main thing is getting people to subscribe.
Hopefully in time this might change.

It is odd that I am calling you "farang", as you know it means foreigner in Thai. Everybody is foreign on the web, so I guess it's appropriate. Your blog offers insight into the local culture. The post about tourism in a developing country says something.
Corporate chains in a developing country are[i] part of 21st travel. It's unfortunate, but true. Hopefully the jobs these companies offer are giving the locals a living wage. Travelling the globe changes people. It makes one appreciate what you have back home and how easy we really have it. Let's not take it for granted.
