I believe anything over 60 pages is a bit excessive. When I receive an eBook and it's over 60 pages, I sigh. The purpose (my understanding) of an eBook was to provide information that can be easily read online (PDF format). Personally, I prefer not to read no more than 60 pages online; I'd rather buy the book! This is my point-of-view...

It really depends on what the topic of the ebook is. I agree with Rebecca that, generally speaking, longer ebooks are not well received, but some information cannot be thoroughly covered in a short ebook and purchasers would feel that they didn't get good value if you aren't thorough.
Another consideration is the format - are there a lot of supporting graphics, charts, or checklists? Extra lists of resources?
It really boils down to value and the importance of the information your passing on.
