I'd like to update my theme but am not good with all that web design stuff. Does anyone know of any WordPress templates (cheap) that I could buy. I don't want to spend a ton of money, I just want a theme that's easy to navigate and that I can do some minor changes to. Thanks.
Are there any good 'premade' WordPress templates out there?

You could try WP Skins and Themes Preview.com. If you know a little web design, you could do a Google search for Word Press templates. You'll find some free templates that can be customized.

Don't forget about the themes area of Wordpress.org - there are thousands there to browse through and many are extremely well done and professional looking. You can browse them all, or use search terms like "two column" or "blue" (or other descriptive tags) to narrow down the choices.

But I also think Rebecca has a good suggestion - try searching at Google for "free wordpress themes" to discover many more sites that feature free themes.
I don't suggest paying for a theme unless you can't find exactly what you want from a free theme, or the theme you want to buy offers features that make it worth the price.
