<p>Since you can easily erase any digital video, just record yourself as often as you possibly can.  Take folks on a video tour of your home, your yard, your neighborhood - then watch and critique yourself.  </p>
<p>Remember that you don't have to come across like a "spokesmodel" - people like personality and authenticity - so just strive for being able to speak clearly, appear as if you're enjoying what you're doing, and let your own personality shine through.
